9.30 – 12.00: Activity bases
12.00 – 1.30: Annual General Meeting with light lunch
1.30 – 4.00: Activity bases
Bases available as follows:
Archery; Fire lighting; Online Scout Manager; Fencing; Knotting; Warhammer Gaming; Axe Throwing
Bases will be available during both am and pm sessions.
They are aimed as tasters/training for Leaders.
Leaders can attend for all or part of the day – for example morning and lunch/AGM, or Lunch/AGM plus afternoon. If you can only manage lunch and AGM that’s fine as well.
To enable more leaders to come the day will be child friendly: some entertainment/care will be provided for leaders’ children.
To enable planning it will be helpful to indicate who is coming and when.
